Hinckley Colts 43 Bletchley 14
Hinckley colts finally managed to play Bletchley this week, the game should have been played on Dec 19th. After such a long lay off it really was a tough one to call. In a game that was very physical and played at a high tempo with plenty of BIG hits, it was Hinckley how came out on top eventually winning by 43 points to 14. Tries for Hinckley were scored by the returning Jordan Steptoe 2, as skipper Jordan put in a great performance, Andy Knowles 1 who with the rest of the back row was outstanding, Matt Nurse, Callum Wilson, Blaine Bonnin-Ward and Chris Thorpe all crossed the line for 1 each. Ryan Oakes added 3 conversions and Chris Cooke added 1 conversion.
It was a good team performance, and the Colts now face Leicester Lions or Ampthill in the next round which is next week at home, so we hope you will come down and show your support.
